1. Text Messaging Program

Noblesville Dental Associates offers text notifications to patients and prospective patients who consent to receive them.

What we send. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to an inquiry you initiated. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in by giving verbal permission during a call with our office, asking a staff member to send text updates, or selecting an unchecked SMS consent option when one is presented on our website or another form.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any goods or services.

3. Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

4. How to Stop or Restart Messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, we will not send additional text messages unless you opt in again.

Reply START to resubscribe where supported, or contact our office to provide a new opt-in.

6. Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your device, carrier coverage, or service availability.

7. Mobile Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share mobile information with service providers only as necessary to deliver messages, support our systems, protect security, or comply with law. Those providers are not permitted to use SMS opt-in information for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms when our messaging practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new revision date.
